Redblade offers an extensive Proactive Support agreement solution for a comprehensive outsourcing solution on your IT infrastructure. However we recognize that some companies would rather use our services in a less structured way. In the Maintenance Support program flexible days are purchased at a discount rate. These days may be used for a variety of IT Technical Services offered by Redblade.
Redblade will give you a rough guide on how many of these days should be set aside for regular proactive support visits, however you remain in control. The advantage of the Maintenance Support over the Bank of Days is the built in retainer fee which will put you on Redblade's preferred SLA listing giving you a higher priority on your support.
Proactive support visits will cover the same high standards you expect on a full outsourced contract including; a physical inspection of your servers and communications equipment, server hardware maintenance, application of MS patches/system upgrades and backup verification.
The advantage of this program is that not only are you saving money on buying technical services but you are also being furnished with the same SLA's you normally only find on traditional support agreements.
