Monitor Devices and Applications
Redblade can provide Monitoring of Applications and Devices on your network using either SNMP or Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) to monitor critical network vital elements such as; Windows, Linux or Unix servers, routers and switches. The Redblade Managed Firewall Solution combines monitoring, maintenance and incident management of the firewall.
Alerting Critical Issues
Status request failures, such as when a connection cannot be established, produce an action from REDBOT. Your IT Department can manage the incidents of all levels based on the email or text notifications sent from REDBOT. Alternatively through the Managed Monitoring option, our trained engineers can manage critical issues as they occur and report on lower level issues on a regular basis, minimising downtime.
The Redblade after hours Managed Service is available when systems are critical 24/7. This service provides the same level of service as the Managed Monitoring option outside normal business hours.
Web Portal
Redblade acknowledges that information is essential for any Network Administrator. Therefore Redblade provide access to all information which is stored in a database from which you can generate logs and historical data at any time through a secure web portal.
While a networking monitoring system can alert on incidents, a good system will allow you to analyze network performance and functionality. Redblade can use this data to help you tweak your settings to find the optimal set-up. A Network Health Check Audit can be used as a platform to base your monitoring needs.
