The Redblade bank of days allows you to purchase in advance, a number of days which will give you Redblade’s technical resources for whatever you may require. These days are yours and can be used for any purpose deemed necessary

This type of support allows you to plan IT strategies for the year and prevents unexpected expenditure on IT services without support contracts that may be outside the IT infrastructure maintenance needs of your organisation.

  • Purchase a bank of days
  • Time is deducted in 15 minute increments
  • Time is Non-Expiring if any used within a 12 month period
  • After hours work is charged at time and 1/2,
  • Within Zone 1-4 in London, travel time is included
  • Monthly reports showing usage and remaining time available
  • A full day is taken to be 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
