Redblade provides a system assessment and health check service as a stand-alone product. This is delivered as a single or series of proactive days conducted by a senior engineer to identify issues with a network setup.
By providing health checks Redblade seeks to identify issues that are unresolved on a network by applying the same rigorous checking that is performed under a Proactive Support with Advanced Care. A health check demonstrates Redblade’s rigorous attention to detail in identifying potential risks within a network. This provides each client with a report of unresolved and potential issues that can be addressed through a Redblade contract or through an incumbent supplier.
Redblade provides a system assesment. We believe that it is in the interest of both Redblade and the Client to identify any and all potential improvements to a network configuration.
Our objective is to demonstrate the improved level of service provided by Redblade, through an expenditure that has practical and justifiable benefits to the client.
